Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: If I sign up for a morning and afternoon session, will there be supervision over lunch?
A: Yes! Please bring a lunch and a book to read or something to do. A teacher will be in the room to supervise.

Q: Are there scholarships available?
A: Yes. We do have partial scholarships available. We will have applications available in mid-March. Please contact Becka for more information.

Q: I am a working parent. Can I drop my child off early so I can get to work on time?
A: We request that you do not drop your child off before 8:45 for morning classes or 12:45 for afternoon classes. We do not have staff available to supervise children before these times.

Q: I can't get there at 4 to pick up my child. What can I do?
A: Check out our new Knitting Club! It goes from 4 - 5:30 every day that we have camps. You can sign up for a day or the whole week. You can work on a knitting project or if you don't like to knit, you can crochet! We suggest that you bring a drink/snack with you to knitting club. Knitting club is for students ages 8-16. Please pre-register. This is not a drop-in activity and may be cancelled if we have no pre-registrations for a particular week.

Q: My 9 year old really wants to take a class that says it is for 10 and up. Can I sign her up anyway?
A: Please respect the ages listed on the camp description. We have worked closely with the instructors to design these classes so that every student can be successful. To be fair to all students, we need to stick to the listed ages. If you have questions, please contact Becka for more information.

Q: What should my son/daughter bring to class?
A: Everyone should bring a drink and/or snack with them. We will take a break during class at some point during the morning or afternoon. There is a water fountain available and kids are welcome to put something in the fridge in the kitchen.

Please Note: We occasionally have to cancel a class because we do not have enough students registered. We will make every effort to let you know about any cancellations as soon as possible before the class is scheduled to begin.

If your notice of withdrawal is recieved more than 1 full working week before the start of your camp, you will recieve a full refund of the registration fees minus a $10 processing fee.
