ACCESSIBILITY
AUDIO AMPLIFICATIONIndividual audio amplification/assistance devices are available for your use in our Auditorium. These are headphone-style units that can amplify the sound coming through the Audiorium speakers. Individuals can control volume from a hand-held unit. They can be usd with earphones provided by the Textile Center or you can bring your own headphones to plug in to the unit. If you would like to use and Audio Assistance device, please ask a staff member to help you. If you belong to one of our Member Organziations or regularly attend meetings at the Textile Center, this video describes how to set up and use the Audio Assistance devices in the Auditorium for your meeting or workshop. This activity is funded, in part, by the Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on November 4, 2008. 
PARKINGThere are 2 handicapped accessible parking spaces in the lot directly behind our building. After you have parked, ring the bell at the back entrance door and a staff member will come and let you in. Please be patient as it sometimes takes a minute for staff to get there. BIKESThere are three new bright colored bike racks located on the sidewalk immediately to the west of the Textile Center building. |
